The transaction took place in early 2017 and represents a mutually beneficial deal for Wellington Security President, Gene Earhart, and Associated Detection Owner, Mark Bauer.
Mark started Associated Detection in 1981 and built the company through quality craftsmanship and caring deeply about the well-being of his customers. Mark’s values are well aligned with Wellington’s values and his integrity and work ethic helped make for a smooth transition of accounts to Wellington.
Wellington Security called each new customer to welcome them to the company and answer any questions about the transition. We look forward to working with these customers for years to come as we continue to grow our business organically and via account acquisitions.
